The ladder is made from quality timber and folds on to the loft hatch so uses no further loft floor space. They feature wide and deep timber treads for comfort when climbing. They conform to EN14975 and are for domestic use only.

We also have our Concertina complete loft access kit that requires almost no inside loft clearance & fold compactly above the trapdoor it features anti-slip grooves on the treads a loft surround and a 26mm insulated trapdoor. And has a max load weight of 23.6 stone.
